Paint Fusion Card

Hello Everyone :D
I do hope you're all well today. I'm going to have a nice Monday maybe watch some Jeremy Kyle & then house blitz must get started. Hoovering, polishing, changing bed linen, etc etc how awful but needs must.

I have a new card to share with you. Now over the past few days (some of you have already noticed) that some of my newest cards haven't been my normal Magnolia overload. That's why when I was asked to join the Crafters Companion DT I accepted as I thought it would be a great way to get me out of my Magnolia obsession! And LOOK it's worked!! LOL

I didn't have time to play with the Sheena Douglas Paint Fusion CD before it was launched :( so whilst watching Sheena on TV yesterday I got my CD out & printed to my hearts desire! I found this gorgeous heart with Daises & Lavender & then the gorgeous spotty & big check printed paper. I added some ribbon & pearls from my stash & printed "To my Mam with love" onto the spotty paper. For the white lace border I used a Martha Stewart punch.

I decorated the inside with the same paper & ribbon, and on the left-hand side I added another daisy filled heart image. I have made this card with Mother's Day in mind for my Mam. I had to print out the greeting as you don't often find stamps or rub on's or cards to be honest with Mam on, I mean come on whats wrong with the world its MAM not MUM LOL !!!

Afternoon Bloggers!

I hope you're all having a great Sunday! I have had a very relaxing start to my weeks holiday, I've sat all morning making a card & watching TV :D aren't lazy day FAB?!?!?!?!

I was inspired to get my Fairyopolis CD & stamps out. I knew I wanted to use this pretty fairy with the poppy as soon as I saw it - aren't poppies just so pretty?

I haven't made an easel card for ages - so I thought I would make a shaped easel card. I got my Nestabilities label 17 out & card the card on my Cuttlebug - I'm defo saving my pennies for a Grand Calibur! I colored the red card & round the edge of the white card with a red pro marker. The red card & white card have been embossed wit a craft concepts butterfly embossing folder, ribbon is from my sash as are the little black jewels. I printed out poppy fairy & punched 3 butterflies with my Martha Stewart monarch butterfly punch I covered them & the centre of the poppy with glue & added black glitter. Greeting is from Fairyopolis stamp set.

I think I may cover some more butterflies with glitter I like how they look :D

I'm off to see if I can make anything else, before Dancing on Ice starts, see you soon x x

So only 1 more day at work 'til I get a whole week off - wooooooooooo! Can you tell I'm excited??

I have a new card to share with you today, for my DT work for Crafters Companion I made a little emblishment to go with my Jemima Puddle Duck card.

I used the Jemima Puddle Duck CD & Stamps, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch & ribbon from my stash. For my emblishment I stamped a cute little duckie & used my Epiphany tool to make the scalloped cutie.

Fairyopolis with Epiphany How to Use...

Morning All!

how are we all today? I hope it's warmer today but somehow I don't think it's going to be.....6 layers for Caroline today LOL

I have a new card to share with you today, another sneak peak with the FAB Epiphany craft tool. For this card I have used my Fairyopolis CD-Rom & Butterfly from theFairyopolis stamp set. I printed out the paper & the topper, and onto the lilacs in the picture I added flowersoft. I embossed the white card with my divine swirl embossing folder & ribbon & jewels from my stash.

On the bottom of the ribbon I have added a lovely littl scalloped emblishment made with my Epiphany tool, now I know for the past few days I've banged on & on bout it but I honestly do think it's great & so easy to use, so to show you just how easy here is a few pics on just how easy it is!

What you need Epiphany tool, epoxy stickers & chosen paper to make emblishemt.

Open the little lid of the tool & slide in your chosen paper.

Drop in the epoxy sticker & close the lid.

Push down on the top of the tool.

TADA........emblishments made!

Fairytale Kisses! & CANDY

Hey Everyone!
I hope you've all had a great day. I have had a great time in Bon Temps :D
Whilst I was there I I thought I would make a card. I bought some Fairytale Princess paper by Dovecraft last week so then I thought "Ooooohhh wouldn't some of the Fairytale Magnolia's go with this" and guess what? I think it went VERY well, don't you???

I also used Tilda Lace Doo Hickey die, ribbon is from my stash as are the pearls, & I used some of the paper & I scanned Price Phillip the frog & shrunk him so he was tiny printed him & colored him, then I made 2 little epoxy emblishments with my Epiphany craft tool. I colored Phillip & Fairydust Tilda with pro markers & added LOTS of crystal stickles.

For the inside I used the same papers & Tilda lace & ribbon, then on the top part of the inside I added Prince Edwin.

I've made this card for the Making it With Meslyn Happy Birthday Challenge. I have a little candy for all you lovely people who enter the challenge. I have up for grabs this VERY CUTE set of stamps :D

2nd Sneak Peak...

Morning Guys!
How are you all today? I hope all is well. The weather here in Newcastle is blinking AWFUL, raining non-stop - YUCK! So on my day off today I'm going to stay indoors all day & have another True Blood fest, I even missed TOWIE because of it last night, but don't worry I caught it on cach up LOL!!

For my card today I have another card with emblishments made with my fab little Epiphany crafts shape studio tool. I honestly LOVE it......

I have used the Peter Rabbit stamps & CD-Rom from Crafters Companion, I've never used CD-Rom's before but OMG why not? They are so easy to use.... everything prints out FAB & they store so easily on my shelf! I colored my Peter Rabbit with Pro Markers, and I made a cute little emblishment with Peter's head in it, & another with a "To Dad" greeting, ribbon is from my stash & I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to embossed the "bubbles" on my kraft card.

I hope you all have a lovely day, I'm having to pop out :( groan, but I haven't been food shopping in ages & I MUST go today. After that I'm getting back to Bon Temps & the delicious Sam Merlotte!!! See you all soon x x x x

Some Exciting News....

Hello Peeps!
How are we all today? I hope everyone is well! It's still blinking freezzzing isn't it? I suppose it doesn't help that I stood 20 minutes for a bus tonight to get home as 1 didn't turn up, don't you just hate it when that happens?

Well I have some exciting news to share with you.... I've been asked to be part of the Crafters Companion Design Team! ARGH I thought it over for like 5 seconds before I emailed to say YES YES YES lol so there is a brand new little tool out & Leann will be on your telly box on Sunday with the super cute & utterly brilliant Epiphany Tool.

For my card I've used the lovely Fairyopolis Stamps & CD-Rom to print out the lovely lilac flowery paper I colored my image & added stickles, on the lilac card Ive made a border with a Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch & Butterfly punch is also from MS, ribbon & pearls from my stash. Now the greeting I printed from my PC & I made a little scalloped emblishment with my Epiphany tool. Incase you don't know what this little tool can do here is a You Tube Video, isn't it FAB!!!

Well I hope you've enjoyed my news, I'm off to watch some more True Blood, I bought season 1 ages ago & I got season 2 yesterday, so Ive got plenty to get through as for some reason I've NEVER gotten round to watching it.... NOW I'm lovin' it! Sam is my FAVE! Have a good night x x

Happy Wednesday how are we all folks? I hope you're all well. As its Wednesday we have a new challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week our theme is Loads of Love.....perfect for Valentine's. We were sent images to play with, I just LOVED mine!

I colored my image with pro markers & crystal stickles, I have embossed the pearl white card with divine swirl embossing folder & pink card I made a border with Magnolia romantic lace doo hickey die. Heart punch is from X-Cut.

Hello, how are you all? Sorry I've been away for so long but it's getting manic busy at work.....wooooooooo lotsos booking holidays for me! Pity just none of them are for me to go away!

I've had a lovely day off, very relaxing. And guess what??? I have another one tomorrow! Woooo as today is February I have a new card to share with you. This is my DT card for the new Making it With Meslyn Challenge. This month our challenge is Happy Birthday.

Sorry I've bee MIA it's been a mad run of shifts at work I'm currently on day 6 of 8 days in a row! I'm getting tired now, in late & up early isn't good for me.

I have a new card to share with you. This is my DT card for Creative Inspirations, this week our challenge is Anything Goes! How good is that?!?!?!

For my card I used paper from Sweet Sope Designs, Magnolia Edwin & Romantic window colored with pro markers & Magnolia so lovely lace doo hickey, "Be Mine" is a stamp but I'v removed it from the wood so can't remember where its from. Oops!

Hey blogger's! How are you all today?

I'm getting that awful feeling that I am getting the start of a cold. Great eh? Just as I start 8 days in a row at work. Just what I need LOL

I have a new card to share with you today. I didn't know which image to use so I thought "Ohhh wouldn't they look cute back to back?" and Yes I think they do.....they even look like their holding hands don't they? Awww Tilda & Edwin sitting in a tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G! LOL

I've used paper from Sweet Shope Designs, Magnolia Edwin with Butterfly & Rose Scented Tilda are both colored with pro markers, also Magnolia are the doo hickey romantic lace, so lovely fence & grass edge die's, ribbon is from my stash, plain & scalloped circle nestabilities cut on cuttlebug & white card embossed with small hearts cuttlebug embossing folder. Sentiment is La La Land & I added crystal stickles to pretty my Magnolia clouds & Edwin & Tilda.

My Favourite color & white..

Morning!

How are we all? I hope all is well. I've woken up this morning with a stonking head ache! I've taken some of my tablets so fingers crossed it nicks off!

I have my new Creative Inspirations DT card to share with you today. Our new challenge is to use white & your favourite color....now you might be surprised that my favourite color is red! I do love pink but DEFO red is my favourite color. :D

I have used red & white card from my stash, the white card has been embossed with heart embossing folders, both the hearts are different - I don't know if you can see it but the white card under the ribbon is embossed with smalled hearts. Tilda is colored with pro markers & I used Magnolia So Lovely Lace Doo Hickey for the edge - isn't it FAB I love it! Sentiment ribbon is Hero Arts.

Hello Everyone!

How are we all today? Well I've got that Thank Crunchie it's Friday Feeling' - only 1 more day at work then I have a day off! I don't have a physical job but boy is it mentally tasking at times! I've been round the world in my chair today - started in Cyprus, then Tunisia, then Turkey & ended in the USA on a cruise!

I have a new card to share with you today, I thought I'd go for a girly card & I think I achieved it - do you agree?

Pale pink gingham & green spotty paper from my sash, dark pink gingham is from Magnolia, ribbon from my stash lovely pink organza polka dots! Rose Scented Tilda is colored with pro markers & star dust stickles added to pretty her up, scalloped & plain circle cut on my cuttlebug with my nestabilities & I embossed the plain circle with Swiss dots embossing folder. Sentiments from Forever Friends.

Hello Everyone!

How are you all? I do hope all is well. I am feeling slightly ropey. I started aching & burning up at work last night, I did at one point feel like I may pass out, I thought 10 minutes earlier I'd put the air con on but no I hadn't I'd put the heating on - oops! Full on as well 29 degres BLASTING out full it felt like the Caribbean in our shop!! Puts people in the mood to book a holiday I suppose!

As it's Wednesday & my day I'm going to spend a relaxing day & I may even treat myself with an afternoon snooze!! But also as it's Wednesday we have a BRAND NEW challenge at Creative Inspirations. Hello! How are we all today? Let's hope the weather is better today as that wind yesterday was awful. But it's Wednesday - wooooooooo a new challenge at Creative Inspirations. This week we have a challenge of "Thank You"...perfect for making & sending cards for all you fabby Christmas pressies!
I just HAD to use this new Wild Thing Tilda for this challenge, I've used white & red card stock from my stash, I printed the zebra print paper from the WWW, I used Tilda's lace doo hickey, ribbon & jewels are from my stash & I colored Tilda with pro markers.

I decorated the inside of the card with the same paper. I printed the "thanks" & then added "for my grrrrrreat present!" from my PC. I thought I was quite clever thinking up this message for the inside! I added another Tilda to the inside just to pretty it up.

Rose Scented Tilda

Morning Folks!
Hope Everyone is OK - I'm looking out of my window today & I have the feeling I'm going to feel like Dorothy in Kansas - it's sooooo windy!

Since some of the new Crazy Sweet Love Magnolia's arrived at my house last week I can't help inking them up they are soooo cute. When saw them this is one I KNEW I just HAD to have. It's Rose Scented Tilda & I thought she would go FAB with my fave Rose Garden paper.

And wooooo I think she does - don't you?
I used card stock from my fast depleting stash, Papermania rose garden paper, plain & scalloped nesties cut on my cuttlebug, sentiments are by Forever Friends, Rose Scented Tilda colored with pro markers & crystal stickles added-just to pretty her up & make her MORE girly!

New Year New Tilda

Happy New Year Everyone!

I hope you've all had a fabulous Christmas & a Very Happy New Year! Now I LOVE Christmas but I totally hate New Year's Eve, I was ill a few years back for NYE & ever since I've just had really bad nights when I've been out, so now I stay in! I had a nice night watched some TV & had an early night I was snoozin' well before the New Year arrived... :D

So as it's a New Year I thought my 1st card should be with a new Tilda. As soon as I saw these new Magnolia's I knew I HAD to have this one.....isn't she adorable?

Also as it is the 1st of Januray it means a new challenge on Making it with Meslyn, yes it has been a while since I've done a DT card for this challenge, but I'm back now & ready & raring to go...

Our new challenge is spring has sprung, great for getting out for the post Christmascard making.
I used a card blank from my stash, paperfrom HERE, Magnolia Tilda with Daisy which was colored with pro markers, Magnolia Tilda's lace & dragonfly doo hickey's cut on my Cuttlebug, sentiments from Forever Friends & pearls & ribbon from my stash. I added LOTS of Crystal stickles to the image & round the edge of the card.

I hope you will all pop over & join in with our challenge. I loved making this card as I could get all my pretty pink papers & glitters out again.... :D Enjoy the rest of te first day on January, see you soon x x

Morning Everyone!

How are we all today? I hope you are all well & you all had a FABULOUS Christmas time! Was Santa good to you? Lots of my presents were along 1 theme........animal print! I just wish 1 of them would hurry up & arrive I bought myself the new Wild Thing Tilda stamp......why is it when you have new stamps arriving they are what you want like NOW!!!

I have a new card to share with you today, sorry I have been a bad blogger this last week but work is starting to get busy..... :D January & February always do such a change from December where we sit at work twiddling our thumbs!

My new card is such a sweetie, my friend in the US sent me the image of this gorgeous Limited Edition Tilda with Koala, isn't she so sweet? So I thought I'd make a pretty card to try & get me out of my Christmas card mood!

For my card I used pink & kraft card from my stash, paper is from K & Co, greeting printed from my laptop, Tilda colored with pro markers & flowers & pearls from my stash.

For the inside I used the same papers in the same layout but swapped them round. I also added a greeting to the inside which reads:
"Sending you birthday wishes
and lots of Koala Kisses!
Have a great birthday"
I also added a Tilda with Koala to the blank inside - just to pretty that side up a bit! I'm entering his card into the Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes Challenge

Morning Peeps!

Well I'm feeling much better today....still not right but loads better so it's back to work I go. I MUST feel better for Santa's arrival!! Eeeeee there's not long to go now, and I still have presents to get - Oops!

But it's only Wednesday, so I have a few days to go. But also as it's Wednesday we have a new challenge at Creative Inspirations........a nice easy one in the run up to the big day. Our challenge this week is Anything Goes!!

I have made a gift bag. this is for my Mam or my best friend for her present I haven't decided yet LOL. I may give it to my bestie.......and make another for my Mam.

I bought these brown bags a while back & can't remember where I got them from. I used the same wrapping paper as my gifts to carry the theme through. I cut the plain & scalloped circle with my nesties, stamped Tilda & Snowy with memento & colored with pro markers, I used Martha Stewart doily edge punch on the white card & embossed with snowflakes embossing folder, ribbon from my stash.

I do hope whoever I give this to will like it as much as do. I think it's really cute & actually it would look really good under my tree all the time as it matches my decorations red & white!!!
I'm also entering this into the Just Magnolia Challenge use White & 1 other color.

Sweet Edwin..

Hey Guys,

how are you all today? I hope you're all better than I am. I got sent home from work yesterday &I'm still feeling ill today, so I'm having a day on the sofa with some lovely DVD's. I sooo wanted to see Singin' in the Rain & I bought it the other week, I watched it on Sunay & loved it so may watch that again & DEFO will be watching Santa Clause 1,2 &3!

I've been working on this card since Friday & I finised it on Sunday so I thought I would post it for you all to see. I've seen some gorgeous cards made with Tilda sitting on the window cill, but when looking through my stamps I saw this Edwin & thought "Oooooh he'd look FAB!" & guess what I was right I think he looksgreat pearched on the window cill with his little pal the butterfly!I used card from my stash, paper is Paermania Rose Garden (I'm running out of his I'm so upset!), Edwin & Romantic Window by Magnolia I masked te images & colored with pro markers I added stickles to the roses & butterfly. Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, on the white card I embossed this with a floral Cuttlebug embossing folder, The punched out butterflies are also Martha Stewart & pearls & ribbon from my stash. For the glass on the window I used glossy accents -I think it looks really good!

I decorated the inside to match the outside. I sat Edwin next to where you can write your message & I added the window on the other side.

how are you all today? I hope all is well....oooooh not long to go now eh? This time next week it's Christmas Eve.... eeeee!!

I have another Christmas card to share with you. This was made for my friend to give to his Mam & Dad. He really liked it so that's why I'm showing it LOL

I used paper that was a freebie from a magazine, card from my stash, Tilda hanging ornaments colored with pro markers & I added lots of stickles, Tilda's lace doo hickey die.

I have another picture to share, I was at work on Wednesday. I was due to finish at 5pm, I was just about to walk out at 20 past when 1 of my regular customers walked in. I've booked her to Las Vegas and she wanted to add a Wedding on, we got talking and looking at things I didnt leave 'til 7pm! So to say "Thanks" she bought me these lovely flowers.

Awwwww I NEVER get flowers so I love them!
I'm spending some time with Bradley (Cooper) 1st were in Vegas and then we'll move onto Thailand......I LOVE TheHangover & Hangover 2!! Mmmmmm Bradley is too hot!

New Baby

Evening Everyone!

How are you all today? I have been on my day off today, I went shopping with my Mam we had a lovely day. We had a right good look around the shops in Newcastle. As I was walking home, I went past Grey's monument & sometimes they show movies on a great big TV, and guess what they had on today? My all time favourite film........White Christmas if it had been snowing I would've got myself a hot chocolate & sat in one of their deckchairs to watch it. How lovely would it have been to sit in the snow watching White Christmas? Cold yes but lovely!

I'm getting asked for quite a few cards now.....I've been asked for another. A girl at work has asked me for a new baby card for her friend. It's for a 1st granddaughter. So I went very pink & glitzy!

I am soooo low on card I colored my pink card with pro marks to match my image. Baby Tilda was colored with pro markers & I added pink glitter glue from Hobbycraft, Martha Stewart doily lace edge punch, ribbon & flowers from my stash. Greeting printed from my PC & oval plain & scallops cut with Nestabilities.

I really like how this card has turned out, do you think it's OK?

When I was out today I was given some money to buy a Christmas present, now I sometimes mention I'm watching a DVD.....I d have a slight obsession with them. I bought myself a box set of Father Ted......OMG I haven't seen some of them for soooo long I'm howling with laughter!!! I just love it when Dougal calls the Bishop Len.....Ha ha ha.

I am here today with my DT Card for Creative Inspirations. Our challenge this week is Whitewashed. We'd like to see an all white card & emblishemnts with only your image in color. We were sent these gorgeou images to play with, I love this super cute snowman. I embossed some white card with snowflake embossing folder & added loads of star dust stickles, I printed the greeting on the pc. I do hope you will join in with our challenge.

Edwin on Christmas Eve...

Hey Peeps!
How are we all today? Hope all is well & you're all getting excited for Christmas. I wasn't too sure how I'd feel for Christmas this year as on the 14th Dec last year we lost my Grandma, her funeral was on Christmas Eve & then 1 week later my cousin who was only 33 suddenly passed away.....but I am feeling rather happy & excited for Christmas, thinking of all the happy times we spent together is better - don't you think?

My friend has asked for some Christmas cards & I have another one to share with you today. I have handed them over & he was very happy with them...phew! I think I'm slightly over critical of my cards......always think people won't like them!

For my card I used card from my stash, paper is Nitwits, Martha Stewart doily edge punch, ribbon from my stash, greeting was printed on my PC & Edwin on Christmas Eve masked with Welcome to a sweet Christmas, I colored both with pro markers & added oodles of star dust stickles. I have a little clear snowflake stamp & I stamped that round the door - just so it looks like Edwin is in a snow flurry! I also added glossy accents to the windows on h door to make it look like they are really glass.

I think Edwin looks really good stamped with the door stamp.
Can you remember the TV show "Gimme Gimme Gimme"? I've got it on DVD & just got it out OMG I've forgotten how funny it actually is.....haven't laughed so much in a while!!! Must go more episodes to watch......See you tomorrow with my new DT card for Creative Inspirations x xx

Evening!

how are you all today? I hope you're all well. I've just got home & OMG I left the house at 12noon and all was nice I leave work at 8pm & the wind was howling & the the rain was falling like there was no tomorrow. :(

I was asked to make a 1st Christmas card. And I have it here to share with you as the girl I made it for liked it :D

I used white & red card from my stash, white card has been embossed with a cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder, I printed the greeting from my pc, I used Martha Stewart doily edge punch, ribbon & jewels are from my stash & Santa Claus is coming to town & Santa stamp both by Magnolia, I've colored Santa Claus with pro markers.

Evening All!

how are you all today? well I was back to work after 2 whole days off. Good start to the day I slept in...not by much just 15 minutes but enough to knock my day off balance. I got to work & it wasn't too busy & I booked a right awray of holidays I started with a mystery coach tour (yes it's a mystery until a few days before they go - how exciting!) then a spa break & then a 2 week trip to the caribbean....so a right mish mash!

I got into work last week and a friend has asked for some personalised Christmas cards. So I set straight to work - I mean there's not long left is there?? So of course as I'm making a card for a girl I had to get Ice Skating Tilda & my Alota Park stamps out. I went for quite a girly color combo, of pink and lilac - I think it works well.

I used paper by DCWV, cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder embossed the purple paper & then I sanded with san paper so the white core would come through, stamped Tilda & park in memento and colored with pro markers & added star dust stickles - EVERYWHERE. Ribbon & jewels from my stash.

I decorated the inside to match - even another Ice Skating Tilda.

I do hope my friend likes it, do you think he will?

Tilda Bauble

Morning!

How are we all today? I hope everyone is well & fingers crossed I haven't heard the wind as bad as yesterday so lets hope it's gone for good!

I've got a Christmas Tilda Bauble to share with you today. I've made this as a little present for my Mam's birthday next week. Here it is hanging on me tree.

I was in the £shop & saw a photo bauble, and I thought this would be a nice little gift idea. I stamped Tilda with hellebores, scanned her & reduced the size and printed out. I colored Tilda with pro markers & stamped round the edges with a floral stamp. Onto the top of the flowery bits I stamped a tiny snowflake - not everywhere just in random places.

Sorry I couldn't get a better picture of the inside close up, the flash kept blasting off the bauble.

On the back of the Tilda I added a sentiment printed from my PC which reads "it's the most wonderful time of the year". I stamped the floraly bits & the snowflakes.

I do hope my Mam liks her new addition for her tree.....I may do some more :D for my tree this time! I'm adding this to the Magnolia Down Under Challenge - Make a Christmas Decoration.

how are you all today? Well Ihope. I'm blinking freezin' I just cant get warm they fixed my heating - well turned up & wiggled som bits & made me look stupid saying it was working (even asked me if I knew I had to turn it on at niht to heat up as I have night storage heaters!!!) but I'm still cold maybe its because I've just spent 30 minutes waiting at cold bus stops (I'm pre writing this post in case I over sleep in the morning LOL)

It's Wednesday - just! So that means a brand new challenge at Creative Inspirations and this week we have a them of snow much fun, so this means images in the snow, snowflakes, snowmen lots of glitter & icey looking snowy scenes, woooooo I LOVED this theme! Here is my DT card - surprise surprise I used Ice Skating Tilda LOL!

Honestly I love this Tilda with this Alota Park stamp - doesn't it just fit perfectly? And make a gorgeous winter scene. Brrrrrrr I'm cold just looking at it!!!

For my easel card I used paper by Dovecraft & forever friends, Magnolia Tilda's Lace doo hickey die, Altoa park stamp & Ice Skating Tilda colored with pro markers & covered with star dust stickles, ribbon & pearls from my stash.

That Tilda is a very clever girl.......she's nipped over to Oz to celebrate Christmas in the sun!!

Wouldn't it be lovely to open your pressies in the sun, but I think I would miss the snow & cold.....just a little bit!!!

I've made this card to fit the challenge at Maggie Lovers Challenge for An Aussie Christmas. I used paper & ribbon from my stash, Magnolia Tilda's lace doo hickey die, Tilda with Koala colored with pro markers & I added a little sprig of holly to Tilda's hat.

Evening All

yes it's me I'm back again! Well I've had a lovely Sunday watching Columbo & sat at my Craft desk I'm now listening to Olly Murs - I'm loving him right now!

Well I was stuck when I was making this card so I googled for sketch challenges & I found this FAB one...at The Sweet Stop which I thought I could do & look I did it!!! LOL

My friend sent this some images of this exclusive Tilda....isn't she FAB?!! I have used some digi paper, sorry I have no idea where it came from so if its yours sorry I cant credit you - it's gorgeous though! I used ribbon from my stash & Tilda's Lace Magnolia Doo Hickey Die.

I printed the greeting "Sending you all my love" on the PC & decorated the inside with the same papers & same image. I really like how this turned out & I hope you do too?

I can't believe my week off is over & I'm back to work tomorrow....boooooooo! But only in Mon, Tue, Wed & then off Thurs & Fri so not too bad.....it's just work LOL Well I'm off to enjoy my last day of freedom......see you all soon! x x x

how are you all today? I'm having a lovely lazy Sunday..... I'm watching Columbo on DVD. It just feels like a Sunday with Columbo on & reminds me of being little as I used to watch it at my Grandma's & Grandad's! Awwwww

Ice Skating Tilda number 3...

Yes Yes Yes you might say I was slightly obsessed with this Tilda & this Alota park stamp and you wouldn't be wrong!

I do hope you're all well today? I've had my Dad round he painted the wall in my bed room Ra Ra Red - honest that's the name its a FAB bright red I'm now ironing & hanging my new curtains (YUCK! I hate ironing!) Then I just need to tidy up (YUCK I hate that too lol) I also had the electrician round to fix my heating, he walked in fiddled about for 5 minutes & then it came on, made me look like a right silly blonde! But hey I'm gonna be warm now!!!

This card forms part of the order for my friend at work which I am happy to say is nearly finished - phew only 2 more left to do! Next year I'm taking cards in earlier.

CHRISTMAS!

Argh......I'm getting MEGA excited as it is the 1st of December, only 24 sleeps until the BIG day!!! I get more excited the older I get when I was little my Mam & Dad had to drag me out of bed LOL

Hey Peeps!

how are we all today? I hope you're all better than I am! I haven't really been sleeping over the last few days....some things on my mind and it's just wiped me out! I'm off next week I can't wait.....I'm finally going to decorate my bedroom, I've only lived in my little flat for 4 years and my bedroom is a right mix-up! so my wonderful Daddy is coming over to paint..... I've got a gorgeous paint by Crown from their reto range its called "Ra Ra Ra Red" I think I bought it for the name only ROFL!!!!

I have my Creative Inspirations DT card to share today, I ment to do this last night, sorry I didn't, but I didn't get in from work til 11pm!!! Zzzzzzz for Caroline Straight Away!!

Our challenge this week is to use winter colors, Blue, grey & white! We were given some gorgeous sponsor images to use but I've ran out of ink booooooo so I inked up one of my newest Maggies!

I used paper from my stash, the blue paper started its life off as plain but I embossed it with a Cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder, I then sanded the snowflakes so the white core paper showed more. I colored my Maggie with Pro Markers & added LOADS of Star Dust Stickls. I cut the ovals with nesties & the Tilda Lace die is by Magnolia.

Hello Everyone!

how are you all? I do hope you're all well....it's still blinking freezzzing here, but getting very festive.....I LOVE IT! I went shopping today, Iam redecorating my bedroom & had to get the last few things as my Dad is coming to paint in a week....OMG soooo many Christmas things EVERYWHERE I love it!! I came home & flopped on the sofa though as my knee is killing me, no idea what I've done it feels like it needs a good click but I can't get it too :( so bandages on & painkillers popped & a good DVD - nothing like a lazy Sunday afternoon, eh?

I've also made a new card, with 1 of the new Christmas Magnolia's I get lost with all their names so I'm just calling her Angel Tilda! Or should it be Angel4031 Tilda ROFL x

LOL Afternoon Folks! How are you all? I'm feeling LOADS better today, I went to bed in 6 layers last night, I honestly think that's helped still coughing lots but I no longer feel like death warmed up so moving in the right direction!

Today I spent a lovely morning watching Miracle on 34th Street & I was inspired to make this card with Little Edwin Santa Claus. I just LOVE that movie - it's so lovely how everyone believes in Santa & plus it's in NYC ooh how I dream to go back there one day!!!

For my card I've used card stock from my stash, papers from HERE, I distressed all the paper & card with my X-Cut distressing tool, Cuttlebug snowflake die, ribbon & jewels from my stash & Magnolia Santa Chair & Santa Edwin - isn't he cute checking the naughty & nice list! I hope he's got my name on the right list LOL

I'm sitting here drooling right now as I can smell my dinner cooking - sausage casserole & I'm trying roasted sweet potatoes for the first time - any tips or recipes would be appreciated as all I've done is put them in the oven with some oil! Got a little while to wait 'til there ready tho :(

I'm going to see if I can make anything else - apart from a mess!!! See you all soon x x x

Hello Peeps!

Just 'lil old me AGAIN I do hope you're not getting too sick of me! It's looking awful outside the rain is pouring & it just looks cold! I can't wait 'til it really starts feeling & looking Christmassy - is it wrong to want to put my tree up already LOL I know it's too early I wont put it up until the 19th November-ish, I do like to have it up for my birthday on the 21st, plus it's a 7ft tree & takes about 5 hours to put together & dress so I refuse to go through all that with for 1 week!!!

Anyway I went off on a little tangent there didn't I LOL! I have a new card to share with you. I've made this card for the Magnolia-licious Highlights Challenge Blog where the theme is Get Well Soon with Nurse Tilda/Doctor Edwin.

For my card I've used card stock from my stash, th white card has been embossed with a dots embossing folder, red card embossed with daisy embossing folder & sanded so the red comes through as it is Cord'inations Whitewashed Card, Nurse Tilda colored with Pro Markers & Star Dust Stickles added. Rose made with CC Designs Rolling Rose die & Martha Stewart fond punch.

I'm off to watch some of my Bones DVD's - season 6 is out & I MUST re-watch season 5 before I get the next one - I REALLY miss not having Sky - they steal all the good shows! See you all later! x x x

I have a new card with another new Tilda, I LOVE this Tilda she is defo one of my faves, isn't she sooooo cute. I know I say this EVERYTIME Magnolia release their Christmas Stamps but these are defo some of my favourites!

I have used card stock from my stash, papers were a freebie from Quick Cards Made Easy Mag, Sentiments by Hero Arts & Holly Tilda by Magnolia colored with Pro Markers.

I think I will be using this Tilda for ALOT of my Christmas Cards! LOL

How are you all today? I hope you're better than I am...I'm off work right now I have a chest infection, gosh has it floored me! I'm just so tired & aching & generally feeling awful along with ALOT of coughing! YUCK Hope I haven't put you off you're brekkie LOL

As it's Wednesday that meansa new challenge at Creative Inspirations, all the DT were sent gorgeous images to use, so I must apoligise that my stupid laptop wouldn't download the images, I tried & tried & then forgot all about my card (due to being ill) then tried again but still nothing....so I used one of my new Tilda's!
For my card I used card stock from my stash, cuttlebug snowflake & kars snowflake embossing folder, Martha Stewart Doily Lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, plain & scalloped oval nesties & Sweet Winter Tilda colored with Pro Markers & Star Dust Stickles added.

I have a new card to share with you today, a new Christmas card I think from now on thats all I will be making - GOSH I just love Christmas!!!

For my card I've used paper from HERE, I've used stamps from Magnolia - Santa is Coming to town,Winter Night Background & Santa wit Tree. I've used Magnolia Lovely Fence Doo Hicky & Sizzix Snowflake Die, I've added Star Dust Stickles to both Snowflakes & to the background. Images colored with Pro Markers.

I'm entering this card into the ABC Christmas Challenge - U is for Unused Stash I've had this paper downloaded for AGES but never gotten round to using it :( and I'm pleased I did as I love it! :D

Good Morning!

Yes it's bearly Morning LOL! I can't believe I'm posting at this time I have to be up in a few hours to go to work, but if I don't do it now I'll forget!

I have a card to share with you which I have made for the following challenge:

Now I started makin this card on Thursday at approx 3pm...it's now 00.30 Friday Morning! OMG I know how long??? What is the longest you've taken to make a card? I did muck up something & had to re-do that & the's lots of gliiter so I did spend some time waiting on that to dry - honest!!!! LOL

I used card stock from my stash, papers from HERE, Sizzix Snowflake die's, Star Dust Stickles, & Magnolia Tilda Winter Scene & Lovely Fence Doo Hicky. Images colored with Pro Markers.

I do hope you think all my hours were worth while? I do, I do actually quite like my card....which sometimes I struggle with but these new Magnolia's are soooooo gorgeous, don't you agree?? I can't wait 'til my Pre-Orders hit my mailbox........HURRY UP Mr Postie!!!

Hey all you lovely people out there in Blogland!
I hope you're all well today.... I'm on a day off so I'm well happy apart from the fact I didn't sleep too well again last night :(

It's a bit grey & cold so apart from taking the rubbish out I'm staying in ALL day :D I saw the new challenge on the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog & had to join in, it is a color challenge to use blue, green clear/white.

For my card I've used Super Hero Edwin, now I've inked him up a couple of times & then though "Nahhhhhhh" but this time I got the moon stamp from the same Winner Takes All collection & then an older window stamp.......I think they work pretty well together - don't you?

I didn't have any appropriate card stock so I colored my card with the same Pro Markers I used to color Edwin in, & embossed the blue card with stars & the white card with stripes. (They match Edwin's belt!) I glittered up the moon, just to pretty it up & plus I think the moon would defo be glittery, don't you?!??!?!

I defo think my card is perfect for a little boy's birthday :D
I'm off to enjoy the rest of my day off, watch some Jeremy Kyle & some Wire in the Blood, Eeeeeee can't wait for Sunay, my next day off!!! See you soon x x x

How the devil are you? Sorry it's been so long since I blogged, blinking internet went off again :( there's a fault on the line that keeps knocking it off so will be a bit iffy for ever!!!

Well it's awful here in Newcastle today - grey & dark & raining like it's NEVER gonna stop! I'm on a day off tomorrow so I don't mind it raining then LOL But as today is Wednesday we have a new Challenge at Creative Inspirations.

Our theme issingle layer cards, I got a wee bit confussed & added a extra pink scallop to my card but it was to hide the embossing I messed up so please take your inspiration from my MEGA talented teamies for this challenge LOL

Hope you're ok, looks like another gorgeous day, I'm pleased I'm off to work to sit in an air conditioned office & I honestly mean that don't like too much heat!

I have a new card to share with you today, I went shopping with my Mam yesterday &saw his cute little stamp, I though he was perfect for quick Christmas cards & I was right, I made this card super quick last night!

I used card stock from my stash, white card has been embossed with the kars snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder, Martha Stewart doily lace punch & ribbons & jewels from my stash. Tatty has been stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, I added some crystal stickles to his furry jacket - it just isnt Christmas without glitter is it!! LOL

how are we all today?? It's been gorgeous here today far too hot for September & for too hot for Caroline!!! I know how weird eh??? Super Hot outside & I'm inside making Christmas cards LOL! I've made this card for the challnge at Simply Magnolia their theme is Shabby Chic

I thought I'd use an older Tilda, until I can get my hands on the new Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection - have you seen the sneak peaks??? Gorgeous!

I've used a kraft card blank, cream card stock from my stash, papers are Nitwits, edges distressed with my X-Cut distressing tool, Tlda colored with Pro Markers & greeting & little snowflakes are from those 99p clear sets!

Well I'm off for some snoozes.......gotta go bac to work tomorro, yes I know I'm screaming "Boooooooooooo Hooooooooooo" too!!! LOL x x x

Morning Folks!

I hope you're all well, we've bee told me are going to have a heatwave this week, I'm still waiting on this to arrive, it's looking a bit sunny but windy & definetly NOT like a heatwave today! :(

It's Wednesday......sooooooo Woooooo a new challenge at Creative Inspirations, this week we have a color challenge, we'd like to see you use Pink, Purple & Grey.

This week we are sponsored by the Paper Shelter, all us DT members have used sponsors images (OMG aren't they super cute!) pleasejoin in with our challenge as we will be offering the winner a $20 gift voucher!

For my card I've used a card blank from my stash, doodlebug spotty paper, purple paper from my stash, all edges have been distressed with my X-Cut distressing tool, sentiment from my stash (cant remember where its from sorry!), image has been colored with pro markers crystal stickles added & purple stars covered with glossy accents.

I'm going to give this ard to a girl I work with for her birthday, as she is born on Halloween......but I'm also entering this into the Simon Say's Challenge of Anything Goes.

Tilda ready for fall...

Evening All!

How are we all today? I do hope everyone is ok & I do hope you've all had an enjoyable Friday....

I've had a nice day, it's taken me ALL day to make this card - LOL I have had a headache though so thats why (well I got distracted wth Big Brother too!)

I've seen a few challenges with the theme of fall, so I was inspired to make a card with fall colors....I may make more I like them!

I haven't used this little Tilda in a while, I know it should be illegal but I think I may use her more now, as she's soooooo cute!
I used a kraft card blank, paper is My Mind's Eye, distressed the edges with my X-Cut distressing tool, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers, I've stamped round Tilda with a Flowery Forever Friends accent stamp & to get a pae brown color I used my Sandstone Pro Marker, sentiments are also Forever Friends, Martha Stewart Fond punch & roses have been made using the CC Designs rolling rose die.....
I decorated the inside of the card too - totally to match, same papers, same Pro Marker stamped card with a sentiment on & even a Tilda on the inside too!!!

Birthday Boy...

Morning Folks!
Woooooooooooooooooooo it's Thursday & it's sunny but if it's anything like yesterday it started off like June & ended up like December LOL!

I have a new card to share with you today, I've made this for my friends little boy he loves football, but making this card was very hard as he supports Sunderland & I'm from Newcastle so I think it should be back & white NOT red & white LOL but if I gave him a black & white card he'd NEVER speak to us again LOL!

I kept thecard quite simple I used red & white card stock from my stash, Soccer Edwin colored with Pro Markers & I added some extra footballs, some on 3D foam, ticket sentiment is also from my stash, I did get it from the WWW but I cant remember where so if you made it I'm sorry I haven't linked to you, I had it saved on my PC which has since died on me.....(along with another laptop jinxed I think I am).

I'm off to rewatch Big Brother from last night, I had it on last nightbutwas on the phone so didn't really watch it & it looked soooooooo funny..... oh & I also have my Jamaica Photos to share with you..... :D enjoy.... xx

How sweet is Cheerleader Tilda?? As soon as I saw her, I knew I HAD to have her!

I have used a kraft card blank from my stash, card stock from the paper mill, paper is from HERE, sentiment is one of those FAB 99p clear sets, the"Celebrate" ribbon is by Hero Arts, Oval & scalloped oval cut on my cuttlebug wit my nesties & white card has been embossed with swiss dots, ribbon from my stash & Cheerleader Tilda & Rosette from Magnolia both stamped in Memento, colored wit pro markers & crystal stickles added to pretty them up!

Between you & me.......I do really like my card :D I d normally struggle with liking my work LOL

Tilda Fridge Magnet..

Hey Folks!
How are you all? I hope you're all still well since my last post a few hours ago.... well as I've been off today I wanted to make something & I opened one of my crafty drawers - yes dangerous I know, but it turned out quite well as found some magnetic sheets, I bought them to store my nesties on & as usual I over bought......but kept it as I thought "Oooooh you never know it may come in handy one day!"

And look today was that day.........it came in very handy in deed!

I used silver & white card stock from my stash, the yellow card started it's life off as white & I colored it with my pro markers to match my Tilda. Miss Wonderful Tilda has been colored with pro markers & prettied up with Crystal Stickles.....I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder to emboss the flowers onto my white card, I went round the edge of the white card with stickles, & for the flowers I used my new CC Designs rolling rose die & Martha Stewart punch for the leaves & the butterfly. For the circles & scalloped circle I used my nesties - I cut a nice big circle out of the magnetic sheet & stuck to the back of my silver circle & TaDa .......pretty fridge magnet to make your kitchen pretty!

I do hope you like Miss Tilda, I think she'll fit into my Mam's kitchen a bit better than mine so I think I'll give this to her! I'm off to see if I can make anything else & I'll let you in to what I make.......see you soon! x X x

Afternoon Peeps!

How are you all today? I hope you're all well......I'm finally feeling more human after my trip to Jamaica. Now I've been to the USA before but NEVER the Caribbean, OMG did the 9hour & 15 minutes fligt kill me, I was soooooo ready to get off after 6&1/2 hours! But I just watched aother film & stood up for a good bit & I as ok.......Jamaica was AMAZING totally gorgeous & sooooooo hot, the beaches are to die for & the hotels were out of this world. I do have 100's of photos to share but the battery on my camera has died & I can't findth charger so as soon as I can I will share them with you.

I have a new card to share with you......OMG I just love his LOTV little cutie!

I'm trying to convince myself thi is me dancing round in the Christmas now!! ROFL

Hello Everyone!

It's Thursday so you all kno what that means - 2 sleeps 'til Jamaica, have I mentoned I'm going there??? LOL It's als my day off so I thought I would share my newest card with you all!

It's made with one of the "Winner Takes All" Magnolia images, I know everyone wasn't keen on them but I thought they were super cute as soon as I saw them! Especially this Edwin.....

My card stock is from the Paper Mill, paper is DCWV, Soccer Edwin sentiment footballs & rosette are all by Magnolia staped in Memento & colored ith Pro Markers. I embossed the green card with a Cuttlebug embossing folder & added green card candi. I can't normally make "male" cards BUT I do really like this one.....I hope you do to???

I'm etering this into the following challenges:

Charisma Cardz - Inspired by a Song my song is Ant & Dec On TheBall

Now not only am I MEGA excited for Jamaica but I'm also SUPER excited for the final of Celeb Big Brother tonight, I've ran up a MASSIVE phonebill voting for them & I do hope Jedward win they are just so funny & totally entertaing!!

Morning Peeps!

Well the laptop is still working so I thought I'd get in before it changes it's mind & breaks on me......... well it's Wednesday & that means 2 things 3 sleeps 'til Jamaica & a brand new challenge at Creative Inspirations! This week we would like to see you use acetate for your project

For my DT card I deceided to make a shaker card, well I went mad trying, probaly wasn't the best idea to use a circle window LOL shaker tape doesn't like going round corners LOL

I used a 6X6 scalloped card blank, paper is Dovecraft, card stock from the Paper Mill. I embossed the white card with my Cuttlebug folders, ribbon from my stash & greeting is Hero Arts, I added Crystal stickles to the scallop & round Tilda & the Snowman...inside my window I added Polar White Flower Soft - looks effective doesn't it???

OMG Peeps yes it's me I've been off-line for a while due to my laptop no longer wanting to live with me - its gone to join my PC in computer heaven!!

But folks on happier news I have just 4 sleeps until I jet off to Jamaica - argh I'm MEGA excited.... I hope the sun is shining for as I don't really know hat sunshine is living here in the UK lately as it just keeps raining, please don't rain on me on Friday when Istart my MEGA journey from Newcastle to London, please keep your fingers crossed for me........

YUCK! What an awful day it is, it hasn't stopped raining since yesterday but it's worse today as I HAVE to go to work where as yesterday was my day off and I satyed in all day & created this......

WOW That Tilda sure knows how to throw a party.........it's still going strong from Wednesday!

I liked my card from Wednesday sooooo much I thought I'm going to do it again but slightly different, I went for different colors & of course I added an extra guest! And if at all possible I went for MORE glitter!

I also have some EXCITING News to share with you, I was sat at work the other day ready to tear my hair out, I'd served about 6 people all wanting to go on holidays in the next fews days & when I asked what they wanted to spend all I got was "Cheap" when I asked what was cheap they replied "Well you know cheap as...." awwww yeah thanks for clearing that up........My Boss came over to my desk and asked me "Are you doing anything on the 10th September, that week do you have plans?" when I replied no, with a worrying look on my face thinking she was gonna get me to do LOADS of overtime, she told me "Well you have plans now your going to Jamaica - to Sandals!!!!!" ARGH!!! How Exciting........Now Everyone thinks Travel Agents are always flying off somewhere & get loads of free trips, well I've been there 6 years & the only trips I've had I've had to pay for I've NEVER had a FREE one until NOW & boy is it a good one!!!

I hope you're all well on this Wednesday Morning....

It's a BRAND NEW Wednesday, so that means a new Challenge at Creative Inspirations, and this week our challenge is to use text. We are sponsored by Mel Jen's Designs & I used a scrummy looking cake image......mmmmmmmmm looks delish!

For my DT card I have made an easel card, I used card stock from the paper mill, the yellow card started out it's life as white & then I colored it with my Pro Marker to make the image & Tilda.
I added Crystal Stickles to my Tilda & to the cake........ & glossy accents added to the ballon

For my text option I added 2 greetings "Enjoy your Special day" & a pink ribbon with "Celebrate" I added lemon crystal flowers to my ribbon. I'm also entering this into the following challenge's:

Good Morning!
Wooooooooooooo it's Wednesday & the sun is out in Newcastle, how long do you think it'll last I think it'll be gone by tomorrow LOL

Now you may wonder why I'm so excited for it being Wednesday and there's a few reasons, and they are as follows:
1) It's my day off tomorrow
2) I'm off to see The Inbetweeners Movie - ;)
3) 1 more sleep until Celebrity Big Brother kicks off, I've got my fingers crossed Jedward & Charlie Sheen are going in.......OMG what I'd give to move in with them..
& 4) a BRAND NEW FAB Challenge at Creative Inspirations!!!

Our challenge is to use your favourite stamp - now of course mine had to be a Magnolia, & when I thought "How do I choose just one?" it was qute easy as I kept choosing this gorgeous Edwin...

I think he is MEGA gorgeous & as soon as I saw him I knew he'd be the 1st one in my basket - LOL I'm also entering my card into the Just Magnolia - Holiday Fun Challenge

For my DT card I used paper by Forever Friends Cosy Christmas, Edwin tangled up has been stamped in Memento & colored with Pro Markers, I hadded stickles to the lights then added glossy accents so they really look like glass bulbs, ribbon is from my stash & the "Happy Holidays" is a stamp by Hero Arts

OMG I cant believe how long it's been since I've posted my PC & internet have been broken - I've been lost without it!

I have a card to show you, it was made for my Creaive Inspirations Challenge a while back but my internet broke & I couldn't post it :( So I'm now entering it into the following Challenges:

TOMIC - Masking images

I used LOTS of Maggies on this card I think the last count was 6!!!!

I Masked the sign & butterfly background before I did that I printed off my PC the word "Airport" & then stamped the signpost so it would say Airport! - better than my scribble LOL

I used a kraft card blank to make the easel card, Im loving these brown card blanks! Paper is Trimcraft, gorgeous & sparkly! All images have been colored with Pro Markers & lots of stickles have been added to Tilda's & the background, sentimnets are from Forever Friends & stamped in memento, I distressed the edges of my card stock with an X-Cut distressing tool.

A little close up of Spnish Tilda, I think she is a real cutie! I hope Tilda has a lovely holiday & gets better weather than we're having here as this is day 2 of chucking it down.com/non-stop!!!

Morning Folks!

How are we all on this yucky rainy & grey Saturday? I was MIA yesterday as Thursday's VERY late night took it out of me LOL but OMG how it was worth it.......Harry Potter Part 1 was just as good as I remembered, even though I have it on Blu Ray it's just better some how on the big screen & then Part 2 OMG I just loved it! I dont know wether it was as we saw it on the IMAX screen or wether I was just too excited but I loved it & I'm not ashamed to say I was a blubbering wreck from about 1/2 way through! Anyhow enough of my love for all things Potter I have a new card to share with you today:

And as today is so blinking awful I thought it was quite appropriate that I have a Christmas Card for you.

I used a kraft card blank, card stock is from the paper mill I stocked up on red & green before they closed just wished I'd done other colors too as Im running low now! Papers are from HERE, Snowflake is Sizzix, greeting is one of those fab 99p ones & Magnolia Tilda opening presents colored with Pro Markers. All edges of the card & paper have been distressed with my distressing tool.

I've added a picture of the inside too, present stack is also from sizzix & Santa is Magnolia also colored with pro markers.

Well Hello Peeps!

How are we all today?

I'm MEGA excited as today is the day........Harry Potter Part1 then Part 2 my 6 hour marathon at the cinema - I can't wait!!!!!!!!! I MUST have a snooze later on ...... LOL

I have a new card to share with you today, a little bit different for me but I do actually like it, no pink it sight lots of yellow & green, I may try this again!

I went for another easel card (told you I would get obsessed didn't I!!!). I used a kraft card blank - I'm loving these right now too, paper is Trimcraft Hideaway, Store window & shopping Tilda stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, greetings are Forever Friends, ribbon & flowers from my stash. I of course added lots of crystal stickles & distressed all the edges of card & paper with my X-Cut distressing tool.

I used Tilda's Lace doo hickey to cut the scallop on the store's overhang - that looks like a store I'd want to visit!!! And it looks like Tilda got some bargains too......her bags are BURSTING LOL!!! What do you think she bought???

I hope you're all well......I thought I would give you's all a break yesterday LOL I'm sure you MUST be sick of me by now LOL!!

As today is Wednesday - that means a new challenge at Creative Inspirations & we have a theme this week of No Flowers Allowed. ARGH how do you make a card without flowers....??? I went for the easy option of Christmas LOL

I used a card blank from my stash, white & maroon card from the paper mill, Tilda's Lace Doo Hickey, greeting from my stash, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers & cut with plain & big scalloped oval nestabilities.

Well hello!!!!!

My second post in an hour & on a Sunday too, don't worry I wont do this all the time LOL! I've made this card for a challenge & I'm SURE it ends today & I didnt want to miss it.....

The challenge I've made this for is Simon Says Stamp & the theme was autumn/fall, it did take me quite a while to come up with this.....but once I had I do really like it I think this Tilda looks FAB sitting on the swing & with the horsie..........just looks right, well I think so, do you?
I'm also entering this into the Totally Tilda Distressing Challenge.I used a kraft card blank to make the easel card, card from my stash, papers are My Minds Eye & the green gingham is some I had kicking around, Tilda, swing, branch & horse are all colored with pro markers & cut out - I think this is why this card took me most of last night! I printed both the sentiments out on the PC & brads are from my sash, I distressed all the edges of the card with my X-Cut distressing tool.......that took quite a while too!

All in all this card was a labour of love but it was DEFINETLY worth it........I sat last night distressing & cutting whilst watching last weeks Wimbeldon final - I know a week late but I was at work last week & missed it & only remembered last night I hadn't watched it oops!

Well whatever you're up to today have a great time doing it, I'll be back tomorrow.....honest no more posts for today LOL See you laters! x x x x x

How are we all today? I hope all is well with you. It's day 7 of my holidays woooooooooo another 7 still to go! Doesn't that sound FAB?!?!?!

I have a new card to share with you today, I've made it for the Totally Tilda Distressing & All Sorts Anything Goes Challenges.

A lovely easel card...... I can feel mysel getting obsessed with these again. I've often seen the easel card with bits sticking over the edge & I always ment to try one ......well now I have & I must admit I LOVE it!!

I've distressed the edges of the blue card & round the edges of the white I've added crystal stickles. Paper is from my stash, I'm sorry I can't remember where the pink paper is from the yellow paper is Magnolia.

The pearls are from The Works - I love them only £1 a pack! I've stamped Tilda in Rain & thn masked her with the rainbow. Colored them with Pro Markers & added more stickles. I printed the greeting out from the PC & it says
"Without the rain there would be no Rainbows!"

I'm hoping today is nicer than yesterday as it was chucking it down, we even had thunder - no rainbows though! :(

Morning Peeps!

I hope you're all well today, woooooooo it's Saturday but I suppose on day 6 of my holidays everyday is a Saturday LOL

I have a new card to share with you today, I've made this for a challenge on Simon Say's Stamp, the theme was Autumn/Fall. I'm also entering this into Totally Tilda Distressing. I knew I had some papers that would work but no images, so I thought I'd make one fit the theme lol, aren't Maggies FAB how they can do that!

I've used a kraft card blank, papers from my stash & card from the papermill, ribbon & brads from my stash, Tilda's lace doo hickey, greetings printed out from PC, Tilda with egg basket & Bird background stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, to cover up the eggs I added flowersoft, I used some vintage christmas & ivory.

When I was making this I was a bit unsure of how it would turn out but I do REALLY quite like it, I think it's the tree's, I would love to visit New England & see all those gorgeous colors of trees, when I was in Boston it was too cold to go anywhere - LOL serves me right for going in December though!!!!

How are we all today? I hope all is well no matter where you are..... well it's Friday day 5 of my hols I got up early & deceided I would go out got ready & then thought "Nahhhhhh" so I've stayed in all day!

I have a new card for today, I got an old favourite Tilda out - isn't she adorable?!?!?!

I've used a 6x6 card blank, card from the paper mill & paper is Dovecraft Time for Tea (I think anyway I've lost the top sheet with the info on - oops) I used Tilda's lace doo hickey, greetings are forever friends & flowers & pearls are from my stash, Tilda has been colored with pro markers & crystal stickles added to pretty her up a bit!

Afternoon my Lovely's!
I do hope you're all ok today? Day 4 of my hols has been a good one. I woke early, watched some Jeremy Kyle (US Visitors it's like Jerry Springer) I love starting my day that way! Then my mam & dad picked me up & we went to the Seaside, we drove to Tynemouth & had fish & chips......mmmmmmmmmm they were delish! I made a new friend there, a seagull sat wathing me munch, he thought he was getting some but I couldn't share them with him, they were just too darn good!!!! Here's some pics of the seaside & my seagull stalker!! PMSL

Right onto some serious card stuff......................I'm sharing with you a card I've made today, it's quite a special card as it's for my mam & dad - there celebrating the 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, so I thought I would use Kissing Tilda & Edwin, I know their supposed to be for Christmas but I like them as a love couple better!

I've used my plain & scalloped nesties to make a card blank, I've made a border with Tilda's lace & a Martha Stewart Doily Heart Lace edge punch, ribbon from my stash, I printed out a 40 & Happy Anniversary & cut them into a heart with my nesties, embossed the white hearts with a cuttlebug heart embossing folder & added diamond stickles round the edge & round Tilda & Edwin. I added some red jewel hearts to finish.

When I finished I really liked this card, & I gave it to my mam when she picked me up & they loved it too - they had to have their card early as they are off to Lake Bled on Saturday. I'm entering this into the TOMIC Challenge of easel card

Morning Lovely's!
I do you're all well today, here in Newcastle it's not very nice, it's grey & raining but Im loving it as yesterday it was VERY hot I could use a cooler day......

It's Wednesday so that means a new challenge at Creative Inspirations - wooooooooooo! Our challenge this week is Seaside. And what better to enjoy at the seaside than a scrummy Ice Cream...

For my card I have used white & green card stock , spotty paper & ribbon all from my stash, Tilda's Lace doo hickey to make the lace border, greeting from forever friends, plain & scalloped oval nesties & Magnolia Ice Cream stamped in memento & colored with pro markers & diamond stickles added to make the Ice Cream look EXTRA De-Lish!

I've decorated the inside of the card with the same spotty papers, the same oval nesties for a message to be written & then I stamped the Magnolia "You're So Sweet" I added tape over the Strawberry, & added memento ink for the words, removed the tape & colored the Strawberry in the same pro markers to match the Ice Cream on the front! And the back of my card has my "Handmade by Caroline" stamp with the lovely yellow spotty paper.

I do hope you will all pop along & join in our Challenge this week & we have a GREAT prize on offer from Simon Says....... wooooooooo a $15 Spending Spree!!! How Fun!!!

Morning Folks!
Well the day is OFFICIALLY here.......... my last day at work until the 18th July, how lush does that sound?!?!?! I think it souds immense.... :D

It's a lovely sunny day but I had quite a good day at work so not dreading going in, I went round the world in 1 shift did bookings for Tenerife, Bulgaria, San Francisco & New York x2! Got a bit too excited for my last New York booking - oops! Can't help it when you love something though!

I'm sharing with you a little easel card today made with Edwin giving a hug, isn't he just so sweet?!

I cut the card with my nesties labels 17, card from my stash, paper from forever friends as is the greeting, stars cut with a punch from my stash, I added crackle accents to these & went round the edge of the card with a brown ink, Edwin stamped in memento & colored with pro markers.

Im also sharing my current favourite tune, I CAN'T help but play it ALL the time, on repeat!

It's Reindeer Tilda - awwwwwwww she's soooooo sweet. I used a kraft card blank from Papermania, Paper is Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses, LOTV Greeting stmap, Snowflake was sent to me so sorry cant help with that, but I colored it with a pink pro maker & added clear glitter & a pink pearl to bling it up! Tilda colored with Pro markers.

Morning Folks!

How are we all today? Good I hope, I am apart from I have woken to a REALLY sore throat & I have to go back to work today - gutted!
I have a little card to share with you today, I made it for my Dad for Father's day but then I didn't give it to him, I made him another! LOL Why do I always do that?!?!?!

For my card I made an easel card using my Labels 17 Nesties, I LOVE these they are FAB, card from my stash, paper from Forever Friends Retro Collection, Dangling Edwin & Seahorse from Magnolia stamped in Memento & colored with Pro markers, I added glossy accent to the seahorse to make it look like he was wet - you know like he was under the sea! LOL

I have woken this morning feeling rather tired, I didnt get in from work til late last night, we went to see the Hangover 2 - OMG I loved it, even more than the first one I think, I mean anything with Bradley Cooper is AMAZING but I laughed from start to finish & drooled at Bradley inbetween LOL, just getting excited as only 14 days til Harry Potter!! I'm so excited.....sad I know but I cant help it! I hope you all have a fab day Im off to work at 1pm then I've only got Saturday & Sunday & then I have 2 weeks off, so does anyone want a visitor, of course I will bring all my Tilda's & Edwin LOL xxxx

Hello Folks.....
how are you all?? I can't believe it for the last 3 days we've had sunshine, whats going on, oh yeah in typical UK style we had a thunder storm yesterday, I was pleased I was at work for an extra hour as I went in with no jacket & if I left at my normal time I would've been caught in it!

Anyway the sun is shining again today & this has inspired my new card

Morning Folks!

I hope you're all well, well as the internet problem seams to be solved (for now) I can get back to normal posting & annoying you all again LOL! So woooooooooo it's Wednesday so that means a Brand New Challenge at Creative Inspirations & this week Nat has designed a FAB Sketch to follow.

For my card I used a scalloped card blank from my stash, card from the paper mill, paper is My Mind's Eye, X-Cut flower punch, pearls from the works, Forever Friends greeting, Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly, Magnolia Tilda colored with pro markers & diamond stickles added to pretty the image up!
Now as my PC broke I haven't shared with you where I went on the 30th May ........I headed into Sunderland, for I'm not ashamed to admit the best day & night of my life! Sad I know but 16 years after he left Mr Robbie GORGEOUS Williams was back where he belonged with the other 4 Take That boys, oops men! We went rather early, gates opened at 5pm, we got to the Stadium about 1pm, a nice 4 hour wait in the rain but as you can see from my pic, it was worth it as I was RIGHT AT THE FRONT! Now I've seen Mr Williams before but NEVER managed to get this close, I'm not scared to admit it I did go a bit mad when he exploded out onto the stage & even more when he headed over to our part of the stage........

I've got some more but didn't want to bore you with them, over the next few days I may add some more........ hope you're not drooling as much as I am right now!!! LOL

I'm off to get ready for work ...... boooooooo but needs must as I'm sure there will be a new Magnolia Collection coming out that I MUST HAVE ....See you Soon! x x x

I'm on my day off today, so I thought I would join in with the TOMIC challenge as I'm sure you all know I just LOVE Magnolia stamps, & I've missed the last 2 weeks - what with having no PC. But now I'm back! LOL

The TOMIC challenge this week is Summer, perfect excuse to get Rocking Tilda out again....honest I'm loving her right now. I stamped her with the tulip walkway & the rainbow & clouds, & colored them with pro markers, then added diamond stickles.

The papers are pink flower paper is Nitwit's, yellow gingham Forever Friends, & the spotty paper I have no idea where it came from as I've had it that long, butterfly is Martha Stewart monarch butterfly, I added stickles to pretty them up & greetings are stamps from Forever Friends.

Well as it seams my pc issues are over with (I've stolen the laptop I gave to my Mam back) I will be back to my DT work & I must go make my card for Creative Inspirations tomorrow..... I keep getting distracted with watching 2 & a 1/2 men......I just love it, I'm quite excited to see what they do with the show after Charlie with Ashton Kutcher, I dont think I'll like it quite as much but we'll see........ see you soon! Hey Peeps!

How are you all today? I hope you're well, I've had a bust day I've been to Bradford I went to my work's head office as I had an interview for a job in the London 2012 Olympic Games, Im so excited about this role & I have all my fingers & toes crossed I get it, please do the same! I think I need all the luck I can get....LOL

I have another Tilda card to share with you today (swiftly changing the subject, I find out end of July so best forget about it!!) I've used the super cute Rocking Tilda again, she's just lovely, don't you think???

I used a scalloped card blank from my stash, paper is My Minds Eye for the flowery & Forever Friends Gingham, ribbon from my stash & butterfly background & Rocking Tilda stamped in memento & colored with pro markers.

I'm off to see if I can make another card I had an idea for my rainbow but its staying in the back of my mind........& won't pop out so I can have a go, maybe tomorrow on my day off?!?!?!

Christmas in June

Hey Peeps!

Now before you get excited I'm scheduling this post whilst I still have my mam's laptop. Whilst I have been without a pc I have made a few cards I thought I would get ahead start on Christmas, plus over teh last few days it's been dark, grey & wet just like December so it inspired me, I also think The Santa Clause movie helped too lol I couldn't help but watch it, it's fab to get you in the Christmassy mood!

For my 1st card I used Tilda with ornaments, I haven't really used her before & I do really like her, you might see her more often now!! :)

Next is Tilda giving you a hug.......... awwwww isn't she soooo sweet!

And lastly Tilda with Frosty......I love this image & the papers I've used but I dont know where they are from as someone sent me them!

So for Christmas 2011 I have 3 cards, I may just have to annoy everyone I know so I don't have to send as many cards this year!!! LOL Hope you're all having a good day, fingers crossed see you soon! xxx

Sweet Rainbow Tilda

Evening All!

How are you all? I hope this post doesn't see you faling off your chair......I'm still without a PC, & I'm feeling sooooooo cut off I hate it, does anyone have they would like to donate to me??? I knicked my mam's for tonight, so I can share with you what I've made with these gorgeous new Magnolia's - why is it that with every collection these Magnolia's get cuter & I just want them ALL!

Now when I 1st saw this Rocking Tilda I wasn't too sure but OMG I'm so pleased I got her, she's super cute & a Hula Hoop Champion, I think she maybe appearing on Britain's Got Talent next year! LOL I HAD to have the rainbow too I thought of a few uses but as soon as I got it in my hand, I forgot them all.......oops!

The card is from the Paper Mill (RIP I soooooo miss those shops!), paper from My Mind's Eye (was a freebie from a mag), Magnolia Images Rainbow, Rocking Tilda & Tulip Background all stamped in memento & colored with Pro Markers & glitzed up with Crystal Stickles, Tilda's lace doo hickie & a greeting from a stamp set I've had far too long to remember where it comes from..

I think this card is very sumery, & is NOTHING like the weather here in Newcastle today it's been AWFUL, a great day to stay indoors for, chucking it with rain, but it's been nice staying in & hearing the rain pour.......I do like the summer for the light nights but I think I'm DEFO a winter girl I like the grey days & the snow & twinklings lights..........ooooooooooooh not tooo long 'til Christmas :D LOL

Creative Inspirations Lace & Pearls & Edwin????

Hey Peeps!Wooooooooooooooooo Happy Wednesday! Yes you've guessed it as it's Wednesday we hav a new challenge at Creative Inspiraions & this weeks theme is Lace & Pearls, when I saw the theme I automatically though "Oh I must use Edwin!!!" Well I didn't really but I did have Edwin with butterfly out & I thought he would look good colored in pastels.....and isn't he just a dish???

For mt DT card - I thought why do do another easel card, I'm lovin' these right now! Pink card stock is from the paper mill, paper is My Minds Eye, pearls from The Works (a bargain at only £1 a pack!) I used a Magnolia Doo Hickie Tilda's Lace to make the lace for my card, Magnolia Edwins both stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, plain & scalloped circles cut with nestabilities, greetings samped in memento from Forever Friends & Martha Stewart Monarch butterfly punch

A close up of the butterflies with pearl centres - I am lovin' these butterflies right now too, I wanted the punch for the longest time & I am so pleased I bought it. I was in Hobby Craft a week or so ago & it was an impulse buy, I knew I'd probably get it cheaper elsewher but I wanted it sooooooooo much! LOL

I thought Edwin cashing buterflies from an older Spring kit went great with edwin from the buterfly dreams collection............

I love the greeting too - "Wishing you a magical day filled with dreams-come-true" awwwwwwwww so sweet! I'm also entering this into the Magnolia Down Under Challenge - My Favourite Things, as on my card I have lots of may favourite things....I love these papers, Butterflies, Edwin, the lace...need I go on LOL

Afternoon Peeps!

I hope you're all well.....I haven't been here in a few days, sorry but thats work for you!! But I'm off today, I really should be emptying my kitchn cupboards ready for Tuesday as I'm getting a new kitchen fitted......but I couldn't just yet, I saw the challenge at Allsorts & I wanted to join in.

At Allsorts the challenge is Teddy Bear's Picnic, & as soon as I saw it I remembered I had bought some of the new Tatty Teddy papers & a new stamp & what a great way to try them out.....on this fabby challenge. Can you remember Teddy Bear picnic's when you were little?? I can we went to a big department store in Newcastle with our bears & me & my cousin ended up in the paper - my Mam still has the pic, I may hunt them out LOL!!

I used my Nestabilites Labels 17 to make the easel card, card is Core'dinations, pearls from The Works, Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly punch, Tatty Teddy paper & image stamped in memento & colored with Pro Markers, ribbon from my stash & sentiments are Forever Friends stamps.

I'm off to see if I can make anything else then I will DEFINETLY have to make a start in the kitchen - woooooooooooo can't wait but I HATE packing stuff up! LOL See you soon x x

Hello again.......I'm here again the 2nd time in 1 day, I wont be doing this all the time though LOL! Well I've had a nice day off, I of course watched Jeremy Kyle then I met my Mam on Northumberland Street & we did some window shopping, as there's been naf all on TV tonight I thought I'd make a little card & here it is. . . . .

For my card I have used all white card from Ryman's, I stamped Princess Tilda in memento & colored with Pro Markers, I cut the plain square & scalloped square with my nesties, I embossed card with spots & daisies embossing folder, Martha Stewart monarch butterfly punch & pearls from my stash.

I hope you all think my Princess Tilda card is all white?? LOL
I'm watching The Apprentice - OMG I love this programme! Right I'm off to see who Sir Sugar "Fires"! See you Soon! x x x x

As it's Wednesday we have a new challenge at Creative Inspirations for you to join in with & this weeks challenge is to decorate the inside of your card!

This week we are sponsored by Robyn's fetish Digital Stamps & More & we were given images to use, I chose this cute little birdie!

I've used card stock from the paper mill, paper by My Minds Eye, image colored with pro markers & crystal stickls added all over (Of course!) & greeting printed fom my pc.

For the inside I've used the same card & flower paper but as you couldn't really see it on the front due to the image I left the spotty paper of the inside!

Morning Peeps!

Just me again......hope this post finds you all well! Here in Newcastle it looks kinds sunny, but I'm still clingfilm wrapped in so can't see much, but on a happier note the guys are on the scaffolding & it's a coming down!

I have a new card to share with you today, again I've taken my inspiraion from Louise's gorgeous card.

I've used white card stock from Ryman's ribbon & jewels from my stash, Butterflies punched with Martha Sewart Monarch Buterfly punch, White card cut with Magnolia Tilda Lace doo hickey die, Magnolia Tilda Hello little Buterfly stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, plain & scallopd nesties cut & embossed on my cutlebug.

I printed the sentiment out on my pc & I think it's gorgeous it says

"Trying to capture a moment such as this

is like trying to capture a butterfly. . .

too fast to hold onto, yet absoutly beautiful and forever remembered . ."

I think I will make quite a few more of these acetate cards I'm loving them!

Well it's finally here D Day - he day I go back to work :( & what better to get me into it than a horrid 1pm-9pm shift!

But enough moaning......I'm only in 2 days then have a day off :D So for todays post I have a new card made with Tilda & little Butterfly!

I hope you are all well this morning, I'm up nice & early & I'm going to have a crafty day, lets see what I can make today - apart from a mess I hear you shout!! LOL

Anyway whilst blog hopping yesterday I came across a gorgeous blog by Louise, whilst on Louise's blog I saw a gorgeous card & wanted to have a go at this....

I've used card stock from Ryman's, aceate from my stash, Hero Art's greting, ribbon & jewels from my stash, Magnolia Tilda colored with Pro Markers....I love the snowflake but have no idea where it's from as my good friend Corinne sent it to me!

I can't believe I have been making Christmas cards in May......but the weather as gone awful & rainy so maybe I will make some more LOL!

Afternoon Peeps!

I hope you're all well.....I'm quite happy as wooooooooo they are taking the scaffolding down from my building, next week I will be able to see out of my windows Wooooooooooo!

I went shopping yesterday and picked up something I've been wanting for ages....a new Martha Stewart punch, so today I've made a card.

I've used paper from Country Companions, I went to look or some more of this yesterday but they were all out of it :( Ribbon & pearls from my stash, greetings by Forever Friends, Magnolia Tilda stamped in memento & colored with pro markers, diamond sickles added to wings & round the image, butterfly punch Martha Stewart

I've decorated the card inside with the same papers, & buterflies & pearls & added a little Magnolia Frog Prince.....isn't he cute?!?!

Lemon Meringue Cupcakes

Evening All

I'm still awake.....I've been busy tonight making something for the Cupcake Craft Challenge & now I've got the Elcion News on, don't know what it is but I do enjoy watching the Election results, gutted the AV results wont be in until tomorrow though :( did we all vote??

Anyway onto my creaion for tonight, whilst on Facebook earlier I saw a page for Dr Oetker so popped over, whilst browsing the recipes I saw this one for Lemon Meringue Cupcakes, I love anything lemon & meringue so I thought why not......half way through making them I nearly gave up as I don't own an electric whisk, and had to have 2 goes at making the meringue... but I held out & I think they turned out really well.....I have munched on 2 aswell (I had 1 then an hour later another just to make sure they were good!)

Not exactly very pretty or neat, but hey I think that adds to their charm!! LOL

I hope the peeps at Cupcake like my Cupcakes for their Something begins with C Challenge, I'm off to watch the results - fingers crossed I can get some sleep, I sould with all the politics talk but I like when thy argue!!! LOL See you later xxxx
